The tech is good and this is a cutting edge solution solving real problems in the CV discipline! Management and leadership needs to be more organized. Hire more seasoned reps who ACTUALLY have experience selling and have sold before. If not, at least hire people who have the capacity to build out a playbook and a plan to target key ICP's. Current sales team is junior and is flying by the seats of their pants, it's embarrassing honestly.
