Pros

Working at a remote startup, like Roboflow, gives you the flexibility and freedom to take on the challenges you're most interested in. There is a lot of open and transparent communication across channels and teams which allows for input from everyone, which I really like. Startups are hard, but the team here offers a lot of support.

Cons

Startups are hard and they come with a lot of ambiguity at times. The learning curve here is pretty steep, and having a lot of patience to learn is a must. Be prepared to have a lot to do and feel like there's not enough time to do it. Time management and organization is very important to not get overwhelmed.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the work, the team, and the culture we’re building together. It means a lot to see our values around ownership, collaboration, and ambitious thinking reflected in your experience. You're right: solving tough problems is core to our mission, and we know that kind of work isn’t for everyone. We’re intentional about giving people the autonomy and support they need to rise to those challenges and grow from them. Appreciate your callout to "thinking as big as we can" — we agree. Making the world programmable requires bold ideas, resilient execution, and a team that never stops pushing the boundaries. We’re lucky to have you on that journey.

Pros

- Favoritism - Lack of Diversity - Junior team - Undefined ICP and Customer Persona The benefits and pay are relatively good. Coworkers can be standoffish and can be two-faced. The tech is good and this is a cutting edge solution solving real problems in the CV discipline! Management and leadership needs to be more organized. Hire more seasoned reps who ACTUALLY have experience selling and have sold before. If not, at least hire people who have the capacity to build out a playbook and a plan to target key ICP's. Current sales team is junior and is flying by the seats of their pants, it's embarrassing honestly.
