Not any more. As far as I am concerned Rochester Gas and Electric does not exist. So stop lying to your employees and customers.

Cons

Very confusing. I prefered the company before it was sold. I retired just in time to see the company ruined.

Cons

If you show you are capable, two things will happen: You will be noticed by those higher up, and you will be given as much work as you can handle. This begins the issue of your PEERs trying to assassinate your career. They want to maintain the status quo at all costs.
