Poor management - Engineer Rocket Lawyer Employee Review

Thank you for your review of Rocket Lawyer and I'm sorry to hear of your experience. We recently hired a very strong director of engineering and I regret you didn't have the opportunity to work together. As you know, we've put a lot of effort in this year to streamline our development process and strengthen our collaboration framework globally. Both the leadership team and I are happy to see the good progress and we continue to value the direct feedback and frequent conversations we have with our engineers like yourself. We know that we still have more work to do, and as we've shared in our weekly meetings, we will continue to chip away at this in a methodical way.
