Pros
If I could put 6 stars here I would. I worked for Rocket Lawyer on the sales team for over a year and a half, and I would have never gotten this kind of sales training or pay anywhere else. When I started this job, I was not very confident, and a poor sales person. I was lucky they hired me. I left this job with the sales skills to confidently talk my way into almost anything. This job gave me the skills to have complete control of my future in every way. And, I made a ton of money, and made best friends. My year and a half at Rocket Lawyer was hands down the best year and a half of my life, and I will tell this story about Rocket Lawyer to anybody who wants to talk to me.
Cons
The only down side is there is not a ton of long term opportunity for a salesperson who doesn't want to manager.
