      Benefits, pto accrued for every certain amount of hours, health, dental, and vision insurance, great training experience for MLO's, supportive banker friends in work environment, lax dress code, provided slushees & snacks in kitchen, monthly paid team outtings, DTPX location is nice for eats

      Cons

      50-55+ hour weeks including EVERY Saturday or Sunday (6 x 10hr. days per week), 0 WORK LIFE BALANCE, feel threatened more than supported every/most days, feels like a frat/sorority, do not work here if you have a life outside of work
