The concerns around leadership alignment and long days are real, and we hear them. We're actively working on role clarity to make sure every staff member has specific, defined targets so direction from leadership feels less confusing and the day-to-day is easier to navigate.

Everyone is super committed to the kids and families, it is nice to all be on the same team working hard, school leaders working hard to coach and invested in my development, amazing kids and families, good compensation and benefits especially compared to local districts and much better career opportunities

Cons

Hard work, so learning how to manage time and expectations is critical

The people here are so enjoyable to work with. Smart, down-to-earth, mission-oriented. Work-life balance is also strong and has attributed to me staying so long.

Cons

Lean teams can often mean wearing many hats and not being able to specialize/hone skills as sharply because of it
