Pros

Pay and frequent happy hours

Cons

This California based company is a joke. From the incompetent network leaders to the local bureaucratic nonsense that goes on within the school. They are ill prepared for the demographics, which results in poor discipline structures, no support for teachers, and a ridiculous turn-over rate for teachers/staff like you've never seen. Their high compensation attracts people but be prepared to spend the extra money on babysitters and take-out because as much as they emphasize family...their demanding, yet unproductive practices are redundant and ineffective for student achievement

Everyone is super committed to the kids and families, it is nice to all be on the same team working hard, school leaders working hard to coach and invested in my development, amazing kids and families, good compensation and benefits especially compared to local districts and much better career opportunities

Cons

Hard work, so learning how to manage time and expectations is critical

Pros

The people here are so enjoyable to work with. Smart, down-to-earth, mission-oriented. Work-life balance is also strong and has attributed to me staying so long.

Cons

Lean teams can often mean wearing many hats and not being able to specialize/hone skills as sharply because of it
