none that I can think of.

$300 a week paychecks for being out 11-14 days. Micromanagement Not being paid to hand unload This company and their GYCDL program is a total scam. They will promise you $42,000 first year and you will only see $300 a week paychecks. You will get a lot of 150 to 300 mile short runs where you will wait to be live unloaded and loaded. You only get paid if the truck is rolling, 2-5 hours at the dock of your time is free.)

Pros

very large company, with a corporate kind of structure but yet manages to keep a small family company vibe overall. nice terminals, very well maintained equipment. fleet management is hit or miss, in my experience its more good than bad but I've definitely had some bad experiences. great place to start and get your license if you don't already have it.

Cons

at the end of the day you're expected to give 100% of your time and effort to the job for low pay, If you completed the GYCDL course; the obligatory contract that can take anywhere from 1.5-2 years unpredictable schedules
