Pros

6 days off, 8 days on shift, free food and t-shirts on driver appreciation day

Cons

They have complete disregard for EPA and Osha guidlines, they constantly cut corners. They dont treat people with respect, they walk all over their employess, by lieing about raises. The only employee they attempt to care about is the driver everbody else is mud. The dont treat the non-driver employees in a professional manner. They make empty promises to get rid of you.

Pros

very large company, with a corporate kind of structure but yet manages to keep a small family company vibe overall. nice terminals, very well maintained equipment. fleet management is hit or miss, in my experience its more good than bad but I've definitely had some bad experiences. great place to start and get your license if you don't already have it.

Cons

at the end of the day you're expected to give 100% of your time and effort to the job for low pay, If you completed the GYCDL course; the obligatory contract that can take anywhere from 1.5-2 years unpredictable schedules
