Pros

Actual great company to run for regional cpm is decent with added bonuses local even better if you're getting loads every day that keep you moving. Most FMs are fantastic

Cons

Though Roehl claims safety to be it's cornerstone routing tells a different story constant calls for taking a safer route ie. Turnpike rather than their +hr trip on less safe roadways and cross streets. And if they want you gone they will nitpick till they have enough to let you go

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback. Roehl Transport is built on values, and as you noted, safety is our cornerstone value. Roehl Transport is one of North America’s safest trucking companies as recognized by the American Trucking Associations (ATA). Earlier this year, we won our fifth ATA’s President’s Award, the trucking industry’s highest safety honor. We value our driving teammates (another of our values is Driver Driven – meaning our driving teammates lead the way), and we’re also committed to Driver Success – we want our driving teammates to be successful! Again, we appreciate your feedback, and thank you for being a member of our great team!

Pros

very large company, with a corporate kind of structure but yet manages to keep a small family company vibe overall. nice terminals, very well maintained equipment. fleet management is hit or miss, in my experience its more good than bad but I've definitely had some bad experiences. great place to start and get your license if you don't already have it.

Cons

at the end of the day you're expected to give 100% of your time and effort to the job for low pay, If you completed the GYCDL course; the obligatory contract that can take anywhere from 1.5-2 years unpredictable schedules

Thank you for your feedback. As you probably know, driver pay can vary depending on the fleet and division someone is in, the amount of home time a person takes and even where someone lives. We encourage you to work with your fleet manager to develop a plan for your success – we want you to be successful on TeamRoehl!
