One fleet manager out of two did her job the other I rarely talked to..PC is only if you cannot park at customer and hard to get.. maintenance say they fix the issue of truck only to find it was not addressed at all..drivers last office is first.. you bring a rider micro management increases...eld system is no good your Google maps does better..you will stress here which is a distraction there turn over rate is 844 percent per a fleet manager...if you resign like I did they can be petty ...another carrier told me that..there are better places to train you that will truly appreciate you..you are a cheap freight hauler simple...
