Decent pay, supportive administration within the department, excellent co-adjunct teachers.

Cons

Didn't know if teaching until literally days before a semester were to start. Very low communication between full timers and adjunct. Generally low respect from full time faculty towards adjunct faculty.

It is a lovely campus and there are a select group of people here who have a heart for the success of students and RWU.

Cons

Unfortunately a lot of politics, lack of growth opportunity, inconsistent messaging, and lack of clear organizational structure. Unfortunately there is a great volume of people who are trying to push personal career goals over the benefit, health, and growth of the Institution and students.
