Welcoming and collaborative company culture; outcomes-oriented while staying engaged personally with individual students, employees, and alumni; great faculty support in certain majors; and excellent executive and administrative support from the top down; allowance for departmental initiatives and creativity.

Cons

Challenge to meet all outcomes expectations with available staff; student expectations about jobs, internships, and placements are not in line with the functions of outreach & engagement programs.

It is a lovely campus and there are a select group of people here who have a heart for the success of students and RWU.

Cons

Unfortunately a lot of politics, lack of growth opportunity, inconsistent messaging, and lack of clear organizational structure. Unfortunately there is a great volume of people who are trying to push personal career goals over the benefit, health, and growth of the Institution and students.
