Pros

The campus culture is good, the benefits have been good and on campus food is great. Some events held on campus are open to the public and are generally all interesting.

Cons

The location isn't ideal. Some of the leadership selection is questionable, the employee morale has decreased the past couple years do to leadership changes.

It is a lovely campus and there are a select group of people here who have a heart for the success of students and RWU.

Cons

Unfortunately a lot of politics, lack of growth opportunity, inconsistent messaging, and lack of clear organizational structure. Unfortunately there is a great volume of people who are trying to push personal career goals over the benefit, health, and growth of the Institution and students.
