Pros

There are no positive things to say about the Providence campus.

Cons

The management at the Providence campus consistently displays abusive behavior, bringing their personal problems to work and taking it out on staff members. They seem disconnected from their responsibilities, often neglecting their duties to engage in personal activities during work hours. This lack of accountability is further evident in their tendency to shift blame onto staff members. Furthermore, the management's behavior is characterized by a lack of clear communication and inconsistent expectations. They frequently change their approach without providing staff with adequate guidance or support, leading to confusion and frustration. The absence of proper onboarding, training, and support exacerbates this issue. Additionally, the management's behavior is marked by unprofessionalism, including gossiping, making derogatory comments about students, and engaging in favoritism. Their treatment of staff members can be demeaning, making them feel undervalued and unappreciated. The campus's mission statement seems to be at odds with the management's actual behavior, which prioritizes appearances over genuine concern for staff and students. Overall, the management's behavior creates a hostile work environment that can have serious consequences for staff well-being and student success.

Pros

It is a lovely campus and there are a select group of people here who have a heart for the success of students and RWU.

Cons

Unfortunately a lot of politics, lack of growth opportunity, inconsistent messaging, and lack of clear organizational structure. Unfortunately there is a great volume of people who are trying to push personal career goals over the benefit, health, and growth of the Institution and students.
