Pros
Many sales people hired had little or no experience in the car business which, in my case, helped me get the job.
Cons
Training was very vague and irrelevant meetings were held all to frequently. Sales people were to sit in a room and listen to a manager, leaving no one available to assist customers. Also, managers would make completely opposite demands of sales people.
