Pros

Towards the end, you'll realize there never were any pros.

Cons

I work(ed) 30 hours a week on average on the service team. This position makes appointments for service advisors. No matter how long you try to be civil with them the discourtesy and disregard for you from them is obvious. Don't bother to bring it up to anyone. They'll tell you they can't enforce civility. Service advisors are miserable and stressed with their commission only paychecks, and it shows. The position of being their receptionist makes you prone to being targeted negatively. Most of them barely said my name to greet me in one year of being there. After one year, they refused to give me paid vacation, and took away holiday pays. Every manager, including upper management had to have known this treatment of me was wrong. I believed 'em when they said this is the way workplaces are. If you have to take this job cause you have no other recourse, plan your escape as soon as you can!
