I cannot believe what I have seen in the short time working in sales at one of these dealerships. Worst is the store manager, who tells the mechanics just to clear the check engine light without fixing the issue they found during a used car inspection just to get it back on the lot. I've seen 3 cars sold this way that broke down never making it to the buyer’s home. Oh well, it's a used car have a nice day not our issue now it's yours. It's so fraudulent to misrepresent the condition of these cars, let alone telling someone that it has a factory warranty when it does not. Saw that happen to, people bring the car to the original manufacture to find out your factory warranty is void. Salesman shows another salesman's demo to a customer and the customer finds a gun in the center console. Oh, does that come with the car? If you enjoy working with a bunch backstabbing immature idiots that have no morals, you might enjoy working here. But be prepared to be treated like a (waiter at a frat house.) Most of these people are the most immature jerks I ever worked with. It's because of stores like this that car salesman gets the rap that they do and for good reason over here! The Schaumburg store is a complete mess because no one does anything unless they have to. If you have any college or higher education, you probably don't want to work here. If your attracted by the chance of big money, remember that it comes at a cost! You will sell your soul and live here with these idiots instead of your family. Most the guys I work with were on all kinds of prescriptions for high blood pressure and chain smokers who are overweight.
