      When Mr. Rohrman (Bob) was alive it was a tough but fair place to work. Now I can not think of any Pros

      *Toxic Culture *Shady *Benefits are horrible (They lowered 401(k) matching from 3% to 2% with record profits *Customers are just a number *Employees do not matter *Borderline illegal finance practices
