Pros
They Rohrman family cares a ton about their employees. They work extremely hard at hiring and keeping the right people. They also make extremely good corporate decisions and have excellent vision of where they want their auto group to go.
Cons
There is very minimal work life balance compared to most jobs. There is not a lot of time to be with people or family. The job takes a ton of energy and grit.
