Working as a salesperson for a renowned automotive group affords great opportunities in sales training from an experienced organization who knows the formula for success. With a strong focus on product knowledge and process development, Rohrman Autogroup refined my work track.

Cons

Being commission based creates tension in finding a work/life balance. Factors outside our control have a direct impact on a salespersons livelihood. Because of this, turn over rate is high and lead to my leaving the business.
