Pros

Good order book for future engine sales. Modern working practices such as agile working with laptops and smart phones rather than cubicles and desk phones. Great environment with the new offices in downtown Indianapolis with proximity to downtown restaurants.

Cons

It's a complicated global company with many decisions coming from HQ in the UK. Slow decision making from a number of interested parties. Unfortunately too many employees now so there needs to be a reduction in engineering workforce especially through middle 2016. The company has high operating costs and lower profit margin compared to the competition (GE & Pratt & Whitney). Company manages by tracking hours and applied workers more than actual project milestones and work accomplished. Forced overtime without pay for the engineers now.
