Pros

One of the coolest things I've found about this staffing firm is how grounded and warm I've found every person I've worked with to be. For a company that's been around for about 30 years, it's a good sign when you meet people that have been with Rose for 8, 10, sometimes 15+ years or more. It speaks to a great work environment and one that works. They also place people across many of the Fortune 500 companies from the top social media companies to IT and engineering. Deffinetly one of the best agencies I've come across!

Cons

Rose International has operated under a Work-From-Home model now for almost 5 years. If you prefer in office, this work style may not entirely suit you.

Pros

Rose International was extremely insightful in bringing the right opportunities to me and preparing me for the interviews. Had it not been for them, I would have found it difficult to land my current job. I would highly recommend this company to all job seekers in the US and abroad.

Cons

I do not have any negative experience.

Pros

As a contractor, I appreciated a number of things with Rose. When I was in the running for a contract job, my contact gave me what intel he could about the company, role, hiring manager, and also practice interviewed with me. He kept me informed through the hiring phase. Once hired, I had a contact reach out for regular check-ins to see how things were going - the good and any challenges he may need to support.

Cons

As a contractor, my only MINOR frustration was onboarding. It was not structured so I found myself asking a lot of questions. It would have been nice to have a 10-15 minute call with HR or onboarding to level set on expectations (when to set up benefits and such) or an eLearning/video walkthrough of the company sites, esp. for pay and benefits. Post contract I had hoped for more support finding a next role.
