The Named Resource Program is inobtrusive

Pros

If you are a named resource (a Rose customer wants you to bill for your services through Rose) the process is painless and the overheard is minimal. To start you need I-9 and drug test (like everywhere else) and then you just fill out your timesheet daily. All the on-line systems for this work and you get paid and get benefits and there are live people available to help you with and explain the process. I was really scared that this would not be the case based on experience with a WITCH company. Rose is not one of those.

Found me a great position that I really love. Their HR team is great to work with, very responsive.

Cons

Direct contact isn't always responsive or very nice.

Rose staff needs to communicate amongst themselves

Where to start… my first RDA was very helpful. Then, I got a call from someone else at Rose in Chicago. He was extremely pushy, offered really low-paying positions and just kept trying to get my to sign right-to-represent paperwork. The RDA was a nice, but I got the impression nobody there read my resume. Please, Rose, COMMUNICATE. Also, you guys are working for us. If I want to select a better offer , it shouldn’t be a problem
