Pros

Nice recurring incentive in the industry (This is the reason employee are trapped)

Cons

1. No appraisals in last 3 years: Despite consistent effort and dedication, employees have not received any performance appraisals or salary increments in the last three years, leading to low morale and frustration. 2. Too much work pressure: The workload has significantly increased, with unrealistic deadlines and expectations, causing stress and burnout among employees. 3. Environment is toxic: The workplace culture has become increasingly toxic, marked by negativity, lack of support, and a general disregard for employee well-being. 4. Politics in promotion: Promotions are often influenced by internal politics rather than merit, leading to resentment and a lack of motivation among staff who feel their hard work goes unnoticed. 5. No one wants to hear: Management shows little interest in employee feedback or concerns, creating an environment where employees feel their voices are ignored and their contributions undervalued. 6. New ideas of cost cutting - taking employees’ commission: Cost-cutting measures, like taking employees' commission for not meeting targets, undermine employee morale and diminish the incentives for performance. 7. Ongoing hiring for FTE and freelancers but no appraisals for current employees: While the company continues to hire new full-time employees and freelancers, current employees are not being recognized with appraisals or compensation adjustments, creating a sense of inequality and dissatisfaction.

Pros

Rose International was extremely insightful in bringing the right opportunities to me and preparing me for the interviews. Had it not been for them, I would have found it difficult to land my current job. I would highly recommend this company to all job seekers in the US and abroad.

Cons

I do not have any negative experience.

Pros

Working from home is the only pro

Cons

Wow. Kind of a loaded question. Don’t expect to be paid for holidays. It won’t happen. If you use the bathroom during your 8 hour shift and it’s outside your allotted break or lunch you will be wrote up for it. Managers, the client, and QA are not on the same page . This makes your job as the employee very hard and their ideals unachievable at best. Once you are tenure and eligible to move from the 10:30 am shift to the 8 am shift they will look for any reason to let you go. They will also let you go without hr on the meeting. If you ask for clarification as to why you were removed from the project you will be told the client didn’t say. You’ll also be expected to accept that response.
