Pros

Rose International was my employer, holding the contract for my work with their client. This means I did not have to write my own contract, and did not have a 1099 relationship with the client. So much better to have someone else manage that and tax withholding!

Cons

I got regular emails and the newsletter, which happened to be of no interest to me. Other than that I never heard from Rose International, except when it was near time to renew the contract. Then, in all fairness, the client was massively disorganized, but also Rose was surprisingly disorganized: I couldn't figure out who to call, how to tell if renewal was progressing, and so on. Offboarding at the end of my contract was similarly disorganized.

Pros

Rose International was extremely insightful in bringing the right opportunities to me and preparing me for the interviews. Had it not been for them, I would have found it difficult to land my current job. I would highly recommend this company to all job seekers in the US and abroad.

Cons

I do not have any negative experience.

Pros

As a contractor, I appreciated a number of things with Rose. When I was in the running for a contract job, my contact gave me what intel he could about the company, role, hiring manager, and also practice interviewed with me. He kept me informed through the hiring phase. Once hired, I had a contact reach out for regular check-ins to see how things were going - the good and any challenges he may need to support.

Cons

As a contractor, my only MINOR frustration was onboarding. It was not structured so I found myself asking a lot of questions. It would have been nice to have a 10-15 minute call with HR or onboarding to level set on expectations (when to set up benefits and such) or an eLearning/video walkthrough of the company sites, esp. for pay and benefits. Post contract I had hoped for more support finding a next role.
