You will not find this transparent and anonymous ranking system anywhere else. Zero unnecessary work pressure. They fair expectations and they don't poke you every now and then. It very different from the culture in other staffing firms. In house applicant tracking system. Their in house ATS is better than paid systems available in the market. Promotions, if you are following guidelines and completing your work. Promotion is not far away. Rose is a growing company and there are a lot of opportunities. Best compensation / rewards in the industry. These are not just words, its reality in Rose there incentive structure is best and unbeaten in the market.
