Pros

I had worked at a conventional application development job before becoming a consultant for Rose. They showed me how poorly compensated and respected I was in my old jobs. I have been assigned to several consulting jobs and have benefitted my family by having much better compensation. I've benefited professionallty too. I've been able to meet so many more professional connections and work on challenging varied technical assignments. This has been a very rewarding career move for me. All of the Rose people took a very genuine liking to me and they have treated me like family and a friend. When I got to the end of my first assignment, it was a bit scarry....the uncertain feeling that you get.....but the Rose people had a strong local job presence and they keep me informed of opportunities that they had me submitted to. The likelyhood of not having a job seems to be something I am no longer worried about.

Cons

The benefits at Rose have declined since I first started working with them. I know that benefits have declined in all markets, but I had hoped that our benefits would have or could have remained better.

Pros

Rose International was extremely insightful in bringing the right opportunities to me and preparing me for the interviews. Had it not been for them, I would have found it difficult to land my current job. I would highly recommend this company to all job seekers in the US and abroad.

Cons

I do not have any negative experience.

Pros

Working from home is the only pro

Cons

Wow. Kind of a loaded question. Don’t expect to be paid for holidays. It won’t happen. If you use the bathroom during your 8 hour shift and it’s outside your allotted break or lunch you will be wrote up for it. Managers, the client, and QA are not on the same page . This makes your job as the employee very hard and their ideals unachievable at best. Once you are tenure and eligible to move from the 10:30 am shift to the 8 am shift they will look for any reason to let you go. They will also let you go without hr on the meeting. If you ask for clarification as to why you were removed from the project you will be told the client didn’t say. You’ll also be expected to accept that response.
