Pros
As a contractor, I appreciated a number of things with Rose.
When I was in the running for a contract job, my contact gave me what intel he could about the company, role, hiring manager, and also practice interviewed with me. He kept me informed through the hiring phase.
Once hired, I had a contact reach out for regular check-ins to see how things were going - the good and any challenges he may need to support.
Cons
As a contractor, my only MINOR frustration was onboarding. It was not structured so I found myself asking a lot of questions. It would have been nice to have a 10-15 minute call with HR or onboarding to level set on expectations (when to set up benefits and such) or an eLearning/video walkthrough of the company sites, esp. for pay and benefits.
Post contract I had hoped for more support finding a next role.
