Pros

Generally very friendly and helpful coworkers, respectful and thoughtful management, and lots of diversity and flexibility on what you can work on. I was brought in with no experience and given room to grow and find my own strategy without overbearing supervision or hard metrics. They all helped me find my own successes and tried to work with me to overcome barriers.

Cons

The training process might be a little bit unstructured and not as helpful for someone with no background in this field. Some of the more senior recruiters can give harsh rejections with no substantial feedback. The job board resources are somewhat lacking.

Pros

Rose International was extremely insightful in bringing the right opportunities to me and preparing me for the interviews. Had it not been for them, I would have found it difficult to land my current job. I would highly recommend this company to all job seekers in the US and abroad.

Cons

I do not have any negative experience.

Pros

As a contractor, I appreciated a number of things with Rose. When I was in the running for a contract job, my contact gave me what intel he could about the company, role, hiring manager, and also practice interviewed with me. He kept me informed through the hiring phase. Once hired, I had a contact reach out for regular check-ins to see how things were going - the good and any challenges he may need to support.

Cons

As a contractor, my only MINOR frustration was onboarding. It was not structured so I found myself asking a lot of questions. It would have been nice to have a 10-15 minute call with HR or onboarding to level set on expectations (when to set up benefits and such) or an eLearning/video walkthrough of the company sites, esp. for pay and benefits. Post contract I had hoped for more support finding a next role.
