This company treated me very badly.
They repeatedly called me while I was driving, when an email would have sufficed. I asked them not to do this.
They refused to honor my appointment for a phone call (that they offered to make!) and, once again, called me while I was driving in heavy traffic.
They sent me to a company that REFUSED to make a very simple and completely reasonable accommodation I NEEDED, then refused to intervene when the company became cold and rude towards me (not to anyone else in the training group, just me) and ended my assignment early. (Despite their nasty refusal to accommodate me and the amount of pain I was in, I was STILL acing the training, so it's safe to say I wasn't the problem.)
I had to call multiple times before the company grudgingly gave me an Incident Report form a month later. It was nearly impossible to fill out - the form repeatedly resized text while I was typing. I have a hard time believing this isn't deliberate.
The company REFUSES to process my complaint. They claim, falsely, that it "wasn't filled out completely" and that there "wasn't enough detail". They have also claimed, falsely, that it wasn't filled out at all.
This is easily disprovable, since I have the original emails. I filled out every applicable section of that form with every detail I had.
I advise job seekers, especially those needing any kind of accommodation, to avoid working with this horrid company.
