You have to visit their website and review their numerous (contract based) job postings. You will get a couple of cursory phone calls from Rose, especially once they see that you are a desirable candidate & that you're likely to land a position with one of their clients. In other words, they'll maintain contact with you when they see dollar signs for themselves.
Once you get selected for a contractor position by one of their clients, do not expect to ever hear from Rose International again. Ever. To be clear, you'll have no need to hear from Rose again, so you won't miss them, but then again, that's where your paycheck comes from during the time you'll be under their contract. It will seem odd at first, but just be prepared for not getting one single phone call asking you how the position with their client is going. And, forget about benefits...they'll tell you they offer health insurance after 60-90 days. That much is true. The cost turns out to be: much higher than COBRA premiums. You'll save a tiny bit of money by just getting health insurance from the government marketplace.
