If working 70 hours a week for minimal pay and being expected to keep an under payed and under valued staff is your idea of a career then this is the place for you.
Cons
Long hours, no payroll dollars, no support from upper management, terrible inventory control, lack of asset protection...the list goes on and on. It's like working at a flea market or the biggest dollar store you can imagine. A total disaster.
