LOW PAY. Poor Insurance Plan-only covers employee, no family policy offered. Long Work Hours-No quality of Life. Disenchanted Regional and Corporate Supervisors that emote no passion for the work they do. No employee benefits or perks. Disorganized operation-from corporate, and DC. Causes problems in a small store with no payroll. DID I Mention LOW PAY? Working on Thanksgiving. No store discount. A lot of NO's. Customer base is the uneducated poor and retirees. Hard to encourage sales to the market your preying on. Customer Base also acts as if they've never been in a store before, tearing up every display, aisle, shelf, and stackout. Never enough hours to recover business properly with the payroll allotted.
