Literally none. Don't work here.

Cons

Extremely low pay - less than $7.75 for assistant store managers to start! They have such a problem with turnover and theft and then wonder why. Many stores are in bad neighborhoods. The merchandise is mostly cheap and low quality, and the return policy isn't clear so you have to let every single customer know the return policy of just about everything they buy. Not worth it at all.
