Pros
Pay was fair for the position.
Cons
Pay is very low for hourly employees therfore you couldn't get the best help. The ones that stuck in there and did work were overworked and under paid. The insurance the company offers is sub-par. To insure just myself was $400 a month, to add one child only would have cost an additional $1000 a month. The first time I got a prescription filled it was $60 using good RX if I had used my insurance it would have been $132 what is the use of even having the insurance. If you happen to be sick anytime during your first year of employment they do not pay sick time even though you are on salary. After one year you get a weeks vacation, it takes three years to get to two weeks. You are required to work 48 hours a week. During the holiday season you work 6 days a week, mandatory. You can have 2 additional days off in January if you work 6 days a week during the 6 weeks you are required to work 6 days. Christmas day and Thanksgiving day count as days off no extra day for holiday pay. I could go on and on, this is the worst company I have ever worked for and I have 35 years in retail.
