Pros

They have great opportunity where you can start off as a cashier and work your way to a store manager.

Cons

The pay is not great. They believe in giving you 10 cent to 25 cents raise if you just and regular employees once a year. They believe in giving their management team 25 to 30 dollars a year.

counting cash leading my associates great customer service making schedules have a great knowledge of retail and know how to work out freight and show my associates how to work out freight
