Pros
Unlimited PTO - which you need because the company is a stressful place to work
Cons
My experience at Rosetta Stone has been nothing but stressful. The company is going downhill, management is poor, coworkers are competitive for no reason, and there is no room for personal growth. The environment is toxic and issues are systemic. Everyone on the team I work on has expressed issues with the culture/strategies/workflow and nothing is ever done about it. Team members don't work as a team, passive aggressiveness is a big problem, and management has said things that are demoralizing and inappropriate. Multiple reports have been submitted to HR, and again, there were no actions to resolve any issues. Already, multiple team members have left- churn is high. I would not recommend working here and unfortunately, do not see any indication that things will change.
