Pros

Wonderful coworkers and great manager.

Cons

Rosetta Stone is a company that has a seldom made a profit in the the last decade, and that stress has left its mark on the company. In response to this, it has constantly been trying to reinvent itself, but failed to find a steady course.

I am sorry that you have this perspective and I wish you well in your future endeavors. However, I have a different view. As you might have seen in our public earnings reporting, the company is seeing very strong financial results this year and is in the best position in our history -- financially healthy, with a diverse set of solutions serving learners in their homes, schools and places of work. Was great, now it's meh

Pros

Decent culture with regard to work/life balance and amount of work expected.

Cons

New management took over about a year ago. Our planning process has gone downhill, less get's done with lower confidence in completing it. Nobody seems to care.
