I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way about our Human Resources department, as we strive to create the best environment for everyone involved. Indeed, our department has undergone some changes that I know have been difficult for those involved, but they are necessary in order to support the evolution of our company as we work to create the best possible experience for language learners and the employees we rely on to serve our customers.
