Pros

-Great teams of young people to work with; overall upbeat and exciting work atmosphere -You get to learn languages for free (on your own time) -Decent benefits -You’re working with the top language product—you don’t have to worry about competition at this point in the game

Cons

-“Performance reviews” are a joke—managers’ time is spread so thin over their 30+ employees that they have no idea what each individual is actually putting out -Social atmosphere of the company is intense—be ready to spend all your daylight hours working there, whether you’re in finance, sales, marketing, etc., if you want to maintain your job -Sales technique is based on a single methodology that you are required to spend a lot of your personal time mastering, but managers themselves are not well-versed in that which they stringently require -HR is almost nonexistent, slow to respond to any inquiries, and is not employee-friendly—they, like the rest of Rosetta Stone, are not ready for the rapid growth they’ve just had
