Pros

I loved the patients! If you work in healthcare you know that the job is challenging yet rewarding.

Cons

I have no idea how I lasted almost 10 years. This place is run by a pack of cut throat women who would rather control their fiefdom than work together. Departments are under the control of micromanagers who specialize in being toadies and making the lives of their employees miserable. I am so happy I left.

Cons

Hidden agendas from senior management filters down to department managers/ directors. Facts are hidden from department team. Department managers have favorites and take advantage of outliers to pad their value to the institute.
