Pros
Stunningly clean hospital. Beautiful park. Patients are grateful for the care they receive.
Cons
Staffing ratio's for all departments seem to be very slim. Lots of MBAs and HR staff running clinical programs that know little about direct patient care. The CNO area are a bunch of fools. Please do not consider working here unless you want to kiss someone's butt to keep your job. Never consider a non union/management confidential position in this place as you will be readily fired for not drinking the "purple kool-aid" of delusional hospital administration. You can work your butt off, work every holiday, come in when there are call-ins, work through snow storms, even volunteer for this place at their fundraising events and you will still be fired for a completely bogus reason. I have watched this happen over the past year to no less than 5 outstanding, long term employees who were let go because the C-NO, Executive suite and et al did not either like them or the employees dared to speak their minds. Stay away from here unless you plan on being here for a short period of time in your career. RPCI will suck the life out of you.
