Pros
Patients are very appreciative. Modern facility. States the team approach is their model. Tries to keep positive community image. is their model.
Cons
The amount of bullying that goes on is horrendous. The administrators pick a target employee and have a backroom mentality to sabotabe, harass and discriminate against that person. The amount of energy used to do this is immeasurable. It serves no positive purpose except to demoralize the individual and force an exit. The management beeds a thorough bomb along with HR education of what not to act like. Please someobe help the remaining poor souls who work there.
