Pros

Most of the workforce are positive individuals and have good working relationships. To the person who complained that the "merit" increases do not keep up with inflation needs to look at themselves. I worked very hard last year, and received a nice raise. Did you do anything to receive a good increase, or did you just show up to work? If you just show up, you will not get the benefits of a salary that keeps up with inflation.

Cons

Can't think of any valid cons. If I did not like it here, then I would look for another job.
