Absolutely zero respect for employees. They turn more people over than Ihop and burn more bridges than the Germans at the end of the War. Horrible management

Work/life balance, operates by the company's core values, fun engagement stuff (Vino and Vinyasa, Lightup Lakewood parade, monthly happy hours, community events), dedicated to developing their people.

Wish they offered personal training 5 days/week instead of 3!

Roundstone does what it says and communicates directly and honestly. Their core values of intellectual curiosity, accountability and health & well being mean something to these folks. Not a place for anyone to hide. A great place for anyone looking for a meaningful, engaged and rewarding work environment. Consistent Inc. 5000 and NE Ohio Top Workplace award winner.
