      Pros

      Good pay. Lots of opportunity. Amazingly dog friendly office. Well defined roles that still have lots of room for creativity. Great location, easy access to public transit. Pubic transit benefits.

      Cons

      None so far. No indications of anything worth mentioning yet though.

      Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

      Cons

      As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
