Literacy as a goal, but not a value - Media Specialist Rowan-Salisbury School System Employee Review

Pay is low, morale is low, admin changes constantly, students & parents apathetic, district and LEA eliminated most media positions from schools after making reading literacy a goal which is baffling, other than needing to fund assistant superintendent salaries (there are four of them not counting the superintendent position). Pretty sure most LEAs in NC only have two or three superintendents.
