      Making a difference for children.

      Cons

      The pay is not great. North Carolina is towards the bottom of the list for teacher pay. Administrators in the central office building continue to add more and more onto teacher plates. I do not get to enjoy my weekends, as I am always planning for the following week. We do not get enough time in the school day to plan for the next week's lessons.
